While it’s fun to push our limits in the gym and some people love spending hours pursuing performance metrics, not everyone has that luxury or desire. It’s also crucial to assess if the gym programming we are following truly aligns with our goals.

While CrossFit is super fun, it may or may not get you shredded. And if aesthetics are the goal, bodybuilding forever reigns king.

High intensity exercise can be a double-edged sword as it can be a great way to get fit, but adrenals and hormones may not dig it in the long term if food is constantly inadequate or we’re chronically under-recovering.
