Paragon is super affordable aesthetics-focused workout plans you can do to look and feel damn good in 30-60 minutes time.
While it’s fun to push our limits in the gym and some people love spending hours working out, not everyone has that luxury or desire. It’s also crucial to assess if the gym programming we are following truly aligns with our goals.
While CrossFit, Orange Theory, Spin, F45, etc are all super fun – they may not give you the body goals appearance you desire. If aesthetics are the goal, bodybuilding reigns king.
High intensity exercise can be a double-edged sword as it can be a great way to get fit, but adrenals and hormones may not dig it in the long term if food is constantly inadequate or we’re chronically under-recovering.
We don’t need to be a slave to the gym to get stronger, heal our hormones, find a rocking body, or to have a damn good time getting fit.

Aesthetics-focused programming so you can feel good and look great
3 Upper body days, 2 lower body days,
60-75 minute long sessions
For badass individuals who don't have hours to spend in the gym
Limited on equipment? No problem. All you need for a Quickie is a jump rope & two pairs of dumbbells (lighter and heavier).
4-5 sessions a week
20-30 minutes sessions
Accessory program to be used in addition to whatever program you already enjoy and love following
3 Strength/Skill sessions, and 5 Hypertrophy, Bodybuilding, or Aesthetic-Focused sessions - For a total of 8 potential pieces to add to your training routine however you see fit!
